Construction professionals, students, educators and industry leaders collaborating around drawings inside a building under construction

Build the Next Generation™

The future is stronger when we build it together.

ResiliFuture™ connects education, industry and innovation to prepare the next generation of builders, leaders and entrepreneurs.

An invitation to collaborate

This is not a sponsorship program. It is a working relationship between the people who build and the people who are about to.

Every organization brings something different. These are pathways rather than packages, and each one starts with a conversation.

Collaboration pathways

Collaboration 01

General Contractors

Help students experience real construction.

Nothing replaces standing on an active site and watching a building come together in front of you.

  • Host project visits
  • Offer internships
  • Provide Industry Fellows™
  • Lead workshops
  • Share leadership lessons
  • Demonstrate technology
Specialty trade professionals demonstrating their work to apprentices

Collaboration 02

Subcontractors

Introduce specialized careers.

Most young people have never met an estimator, a fire protection designer or a surveyor. You can change that in an afternoon.

  • Electrical
  • Mechanical
  • HVAC
  • Plumbing
  • Drywall
  • Framing
  • Roofing
  • Painting
  • Fire Protection
  • Concrete
  • Steel
  • Glass
  • Earthwork
  • Surveying
  • Technology Installation

Collaboration 03

Manufacturers

Open the doors to innovation.

Few things shift a student's understanding of this industry like watching a building get made in a factory.

  • SIP Panels
  • Steel
  • Concrete
  • Windows
  • Doors
  • Prefabrication
  • Robotics
  • Automation
  • Building Products
  • Lean Manufacturing
  • Factory Tours
  • Technology Demonstrations

Collaboration 04

Universities

Connect research with industry.

Research moves faster when it meets real projects, and practice improves when it meets rigorous thinking.

  • Host conferences
  • Collaborate on curriculum
  • Develop innovation projects
  • Support entrepreneurship
  • Share laboratories
  • Create research partnerships

Collaboration 05

Technical Schools

Create direct pathways into industry.

The shortest distance between a curious student and a career is a hands-on afternoon with someone who does the work.

  • Hands-on experiences
  • Career exploration
  • Guest speakers
  • Technology demonstrations

Collaboration 06

Technology Companies

Show what the work looks like now.

Demonstrations turn abstract technology into something a student can imagine themselves operating.

  • Artificial Intelligence
  • BIM
  • Reality Capture
  • Digital Twins
  • Laser Scanning
  • Drone Mapping
  • Construction Software
  • Automation
  • Robotics

Collaboration 07

Developers and Owners

Support innovation.

The people who commission buildings shape what the industry chooses to get better at.

  • Share project case studies
  • Provide real-world challenges
  • Participate in leadership forums

Collaboration 08

Professional Associations

Extend what you already do best.

Associations already convene the industry. Together we can point that convening power at the next generation.

  • Leadership
  • Continuing Education
  • Networking
  • Standards
  • Innovation
  • Industry Fellows™
Educators, trade professionals and community leaders meeting about workforce development

Collaboration 09

Government & Workforce Organizations

Build shared capacity in the community.

Practical, nonpartisan work focused on education, economic opportunity and public benefit.

  • Workforce development initiatives
  • Career awareness
  • Skills training
  • Community partnerships

Founding Partners

A small group of organizations helping shape what ResiliFuture™ becomes.

Founding partners contribute collaboration, expertise, educational support and innovation — and help decide where the work goes next.

Shared purpose

Founding partners help decide what gets built, who it reaches and how it grows.

Expertise, not sponsorship

The contribution that matters most is knowledge: people, facilities, technology and time offered to the next generation.

Educational support

Workshops, tours, Industry Fellows™ and curriculum collaboration that reach students where they already are.

Measurable impact

Every collaboration gets counted and reported, so the work is visible rather than implied.

Measuring impact

We would rather report real numbers later than invent them now.

The Florida pilot is where the first results come from. These are the measures founding partners will see reported — starting from zero, in public.

  • Students reached
  • Industry Fellows™ and instructors participating
  • Workshops and masterclasses delivered
  • Schools and districts connected
  • Universities collaborating
  • Facility and manufacturing experiences hosted
  • Technology demonstrations run
  • Research and innovation initiatives supported

The strongest communities are built through collaboration.

The next generation deserves every opportunity to learn, explore, innovate and lead.

Where the initiative stands

We would rather be believed later than overstated today.

Current initiatives
Establishing the Founding Partner Initiative and preparing pilot collaborations across Florida with contractors, manufacturers, universities, technical schools, associations and community partners.
In development
Workshops, masterclasses, facility experiences, Industry Fellows™ formats and the Future Builders Lab — being designed now with the organizations who will host them.
Future vision
A national ecosystem connecting education, innovation, entrepreneurship and Industry Fellows™, expanded region by region on what the pilot proves.

Founding Partner Initiative

A select group of organizations will help shape the Florida pilot.

ResiliFuture™ is currently inviting organizations to join the Founding Partner Initiative. Nothing here is finished, and that is the point: founding partners help decide what gets built, where it launches and who it reaches.

Expertise
People who teach what a project actually demands, not what a textbook assumes.
Facilities
Plants, labs, job sites and trailers opened for guided educational experiences.
Technology
Tools, platforms and demonstrations that show students where the work is heading.
Direction
A seat at the table where the programs, pilots and priorities are decided.

Current initiative

Launching in Florida.

We are starting with pilot collaborations across Florida. What we learn there about what works, what does not and what people actually need will guide where we go next.

  1. Phase One — Florida

Pilot collaborations across Florida with contractors, manufacturers, universities, technical schools, professional associations and community partners.

  2. Phase Two — Proof

Workshops, facility experiences, masterclasses and Industry Fellows™ sessions run in real classrooms and on real job sites, then improved with the people who ran them.

  3. Phase Three — National

Lessons learned during the pilot shape how ResiliFuture™ expands into additional regions, carried by the partners who helped build it.
