An experienced construction superintendent speaking with a group of young apprentices inside a newly completed building

Share Your Expertise

Some of the most valuable lessons in construction are never found in a textbook.

They are learned from people who have lived them.

Every completed project tells a story. Every challenge overcome becomes experience. Every lesson learned has the potential to change someone else's future.

Whether you have been in this industry for five years or forty, what you know matters.

ResiliFuture exists to help professionals share what they have learned in ways that respect their time, their responsibilities and their business.

There is no single way to contribute. Together, we'll discover the one that feels right.

The Knowledge Transfer Challenge

Buildings can always be rebuilt. Experience cannot.

A career is decades of judgment gathered one project at a time. The greatest opportunity facing our generation is preserving that practical knowledge before it disappears — and ResiliFuture™ exists to accelerate the transfer through education, collaboration and innovation.

A career, gathering

And then, flowing outward

One career can seed hundreds of others.

Nothing here is lost. What one professional learned the hard way becomes the starting point for the people building what comes next.

  • Students
  • Career changers
  • Entrepreneurs
  • Researchers
  • Manufacturers
  • Community organizations
  • Universities
  • Innovation teams

This is a hopeful problem. Everything we need is already here — it simply has to be passed on.

Industry Fellows™

Not mentors. Thought leaders helping shape the future of the built environment.

Industry Fellows™ are experienced professionals invited into ResiliFuture™ for more than technical mastery. They are selected for curiosity, leadership, collaboration and a genuine willingness to help others grow — the qualities that move an industry forward rather than simply keep it running.

A fellowship is a standing seat at the table: in classrooms and research, in innovation reviews and executive conversations, in the rooms where the next generation of the built environment is being designed.

Ways fellows contribute

Career conversations
Innovation advising
University collaborations
Research
Executive coaching
Manufacturing tours
Leadership discussions
Innovation challenges
Guest lectures
Educational workshops
Community projects
Board participation

Every contribution is designed around each fellow’s schedule, interests and availability. Nothing is standardized, and nothing is assumed. We start by understanding how you work, then shape the engagement to fit it.

Participation may be voluntary or compensated, depending on educational partnerships, grants, sponsorships, consulting engagements or other approved funding. That is discussed openly and directly with each fellow before anything is scheduled.

Everyone contributes differently, and that is the point.

Some people love standing in front of a room. Others would rather sit across from one person and answer the questions nobody wants to ask in public. Some enjoy teaching. Some would rather show you the machine and let it speak for itself.

One manufacturer opens the plant floor a single Saturday a year. A project executive drops into a virtual trailer meeting between calls. A founder spends an hour with someone trying to win their first contract. Another simply tells the story of how they got here. All of it counts.

One-Day Masterclasses

For the ones who like a room

One-Day Masterclasses

A full day on the subject you know better than almost anyone. Leadership, estimating, scheduling, safety, technology, risk, the business behind the business. You teach it the way you wish someone had taught you.

Construction Trailer Live

For the ones who are busy

Construction Trailer Live

Open a laptop during a real morning. The planning meeting, the coordination call, the thing that went sideways and how you handled it. An hour of your ordinary day is somebody else's first look at the work.

Manufacturing and Technology Tours

For the ones who build things

Manufacturing and Technology Tours

Panels, steel, concrete, prefabrication, automation, robotics, drones, reality capture. Few things change a young person's mind faster than standing next to a building being made.

Guest Lectures

For the ones who like the classroom

Guest Lectures

An afternoon with a university or technical school, bringing current practice into a room where the coursework is still theory. Most students have never heard from someone doing the work this week.

Career Conversations

For the ones who prefer one person

Career Conversations

Thirty minutes on a call. Coffee before a jobsite visit. No curriculum, no slides. Some careers begin with a single honest answer from someone who has already been there.

Innovation Challenge Judging

For the ones who like to be asked

Innovation Challenge Judging

Review what students came up with and tell them the truth kindly. The feedback of a practitioner lands differently than a grade, and they remember it for years.

Built Around Your Schedule

We learn how you work before we ever suggest anything.

You have a business to run and people counting on you. So the conversation starts with your interests, your calendar and the way you actually like to participate. Only then do we talk about what an educational experience might look like. These are a few shapes it has taken. None of them are fixed.

  • 30 minutesA virtual career conversation
  • 1 hourA question-and-answer session
  • 3 hoursA workshop
  • Half a dayA hands-on experience
  • 1 dayA masterclass
  • One sessionA guest lecture
  • A morningA manufacturing or technology tour
  • 1 hourA construction trailer virtual session
  • Once a yearA judging role in an innovation challenge
  • Yours to defineA custom experience we design together

About time, and about money.

Fellowship participation may be voluntary or compensated. It depends on the educational partnership, the structure of the program, grants, sponsorships, consulting engagements or other approved funding attached to that particular engagement.

We are not going to promise you a check, and we are not going to assume you are free. Every collaboration is different, and we will talk about it directly with you before anything is scheduled.

You have spent years learning this profession.
Maybe it's time to help someone else begin theirs.

The beginning of a conversation

Discover your best way to contribute.

This is not an application, and nobody gets assigned to a program. Tell us about your work, what you enjoy talking about and how often you could realistically show up. Someone from ResiliFuture reads every response personally and will schedule a conversation to explore the experience that feels most meaningful for you.

Founding Partner Initiative

A select group of organizations will help shape the Florida pilot.

ResiliFuture™ is currently inviting organizations to join the Founding Partner Initiative. Nothing here is finished, and that is the point: founding partners help decide what gets built, where it launches and who it reaches.

Expertise
People who teach what a project actually demands, not what a textbook assumes.
Facilities
Plants, labs, job sites and trailers opened for guided educational experiences.
Technology
Tools, platforms and demonstrations that show students where the work is heading.
Direction
A seat at the table where the programs, pilots and priorities are decided.

Current initiative

Launching in Florida.

We are starting with pilot collaborations across Florida. What we learn there about what works, what does not and what people actually need will guide where we go next.

  1. Phase One — Florida

Pilot collaborations across Florida with contractors, manufacturers, universities, technical schools, professional associations and community partners.

  2. Phase Two — Proof

Workshops, facility experiences, masterclasses and Industry Fellows™ sessions run in real classrooms and on real job sites, then improved with the people who ran them.

  3. Phase Three — National

Lessons learned during the pilot shape how ResiliFuture™ expands into additional regions, carried by the partners who helped build it.
